I cannot find a job that will pay more than $7.50 an hour and work around my school schedule to give me 40 hours a week. Fuck working full time and attempting to pay rent… plus going to school full time so I do not to lose insurance through my dad.

I went to the advisor and inquired about these things and he didnt help. He took my resume, and told me he may call in the next 2 weeks IF anything comes up.

especially if you are a full time student. A company won’t take a risk on someone that might not show up due to a final or something. Best bet is to go the campus work study route, and flip burgers or do the Kaufman’s thing until you graduate. Or, if you are going to school full time, just borrow enough money to cover your boarding at the apartment also. You end up paying for it after you graduate, but it still ends up being cheaper than living on campus.
