Im wondering if theres something that can like monitor your credit score or something.
I owe some hospitols some money and I know from past family experiences Debt makes you a target for it.
It happened to a family member who had a big debt, random companys started taking on stuff that didnt even pertain to him.
I’d like to prevent this, and take charge of my financial situation.
perferably something free would be nice.

Do not spend money on lifelock or any of the other bullshit.
If you are worried about your credit file security, call up each of the bureaus and place a FRAUD ALERT with each of them.
it is FREE and exactly what these pay services offer (along with pull access).
This means that anytime ANYONE or ANYPLACE wants to pull your CBRs, YOU HAVE TO BE CONTACTED by the bureaus them selves for consent.
