The Person doing this solicitation is presently under investigation by local police for crimes related to this poster. If you have been victimized as a result of responding to this solicitation, please notify University Police at 645-2222

RE: Timely Warning # 07-02, Off Campus Sexual Assault
Please be advised that the Amherst Police Department is investigating a complaint of a sexual assault that occurred off campus in the parking lot of the University Village Apartments on Sweethome, as a student exited her vehicle. Be aware that the following suspects and vehicle may have been involved in this assault near the Amherst Campus:
Suspect One: White Male, approximately 6 Ft. tall, thin with brown hair.
Suspect Two: Darker skinned Male with goatee.
Suspect Vehicle: Older light blue four door sedan in poor condition, with silver wheel rims.
This alleged assault occurred in the area of Sweet Home Road at 10:20 pm on April 23. If anyone has information to assist in this investigation please contact the Amherst Police @ 689-1345. Always Stay Alert to your surroundings, it is best to travel in pairs. Please use the Anti Rape Task Force Escort Program call 829-2584 for information.
