Only at the time of title transfer! I got screwed when I went to get a plate and register my car. They said I needed insurance card with specific VIN on it. BUT if I would have done it all at once, they would have taken DD ins. card. How beat is that
woot woot got plates on the bitch and i think i figured my boost problem!
ok so i found out my egr was leaking onto one of my coolant hoses and melting it…it also expalins my 5psi max boost (exhaust leak befire turbo). so now i have a gasket coming in the mail and a boost controler :burnout:
i’m gonna see how many pounds it pushes before the mbc though…i’m guessing 7-8.

thanks me and my dad completely re did the garage just to build this thing.the old pics dont work cause imagestation went down or else you woulda seen how shitty the garage looked.
