You can probably turn up the boost a bit, do a little fuel compensation and gut the cats and smoke those cars even more for under 100$…

Sorry to burst your bubble but the 9C1 LT1 Caprice ran a 0-60 in 7 seconds and ran high 14’s - low 15’s stock…

Add…home depot intake,A/C delete,home plate delete,smog pump delete,TB bypass,lower temp t-stat,and you have spent less than $40 bucks.

Add a PCM reprogram for $200 and gain 15-20 hp on top of that.

Looking back now… i think the 3000gt’s were ahead of their year… in styling, useless tech, etc etc…

but if i was buying a 1995 car to make it fast today… lt1… because sn95’s were slowwww… maybe a gs-t… (then of course you have the higher dollar out of your league cars, 911, etc etc…

the mark VIII LSC also ran a 7 sec 0-60 and high 14’s in the 1/4 it also has an IRS, and air ride suspenion.

this car does look familiar to me.Did a girl(blond hair)Maybe named lisa and her boyfriend maybe named mike own it?I used to hang out at mighty and industral park around 95 and it seems to me a girl and her boy friend had one that looked the same as this car.
