"Incoming Traffic Does Not Stop"

I’ve seen these signs in many other malls / shopping centers in the USA, but NEVER in the Buffalo area. I’ve had to lay on the horn several times when pulling into the Blvd. Mall, BJs on Transit, or one of several other shopping areas that use this procedure. They have no sign to let outgoing traffic know that incoming traffic has no stop sign. The whole idea is to keep traffic from overflowing into the street. This allows incoming cars to keep moving. On the other hand, I’ve also had people pull into the Blvd. Mall lot and stop without a stop sign, and give outbound traffic the right-of-way. :gotme:

OMG I hate that more than anything. Especially when it is a busy time of year (Xmas) and a line of people are stopping there…and the last few cars are STOPPED IN THE MIDDLE OF TRAFFIC ON THE BLVD because of the asshats in front stopping where there is NO STOP SIGN!/rant

that shit happened to me yesterday as a matter of fact. some broads in a car in front of me, pulling into the blvd mall, decided to wave the 6 or so cars ahead (she had no sign, mind you) meanwhile 2 cars behind me are sitting in the middle of the blvd.

I was floored that anyone could be that stupid
