they sell plastic lens housings that will accept a seperate bulb/hid bulb, they are decently priced too. I looked into them when I had my FC3S.
hit me up with info…id be down for a set of H4’s somewhere in the 6000K to 7200K range 
i would be into this, if i didn’t already have retros coming… but i guess not until next spring…
