All that will do is piss a cop off…
because A) A supporting deposition no longer has the hold it used to as printed tickets now have a small summary on the ticket
EX: “Witnessed subject using excessive speed and paced with radar”
basicly that can be counted as the supporting deposition, if you request one and the cop doesnt write up a full one.
Also in terms of calibration check officers only have to do it so often and easily his word against yours.
I once had a cop that after he realized my dad was a cop told the judge that he realized he forgot to calibrate his radar gun, the judge knew what was going on and gave me an AOD
