my car starts the first time and will run for a about 15 minutes if you drive it around. but it will eventually stall and not start. I no the problem is the fuel. I know this because, one the old sparkplugs were all black and my muffler is all black which means the cars running rich i think. And second you can smell the fuel.
I narrowed the problem down to either regulator or the injectors because i replaced the filter and the pump i’ve seen manually working. So what i needed help with was how i can manually at home check to see whether the regulator is the problem or the injectors and if injectors which ones.
I have a sad story with my car, because i haven’t even driven this car a full tank without something happening and now i really need the car for work. So help me out guys.
Rule out the regulator. If the regulator was bad you have a long crank, from not holding pressure in the rail. What makes you think you would loose injector pulse while driving? A bad oxygen sensor won’t cause a stall, at least I never seen it or heard of it.
yeah, that does kind of make sense. Does anyone know a place in Brampton where i can go get my injectors flow tested. I checked the injectoers my self to see if they were stuck using the meter and all of them had like 12 ohms. But the car hasn’t had the problem for a couple of days since it hasn’t been running for a month. So I doubt the numbers mean anything.
If anyone know’s a place where i can get the checked out and fixed if they need to be give me a shout.
