sounds like your looking forsome quick cash. I know how frustrating it can be working with shops but your asking for them to shell out cash?
f-ing ditto
:nod people have been there to watch/learn/practice, but they do it in their free time, and work on their own cars, not customer cars. like dave (big red). Synapse is good shit, even though i didnt get an invite for customer appreciation day. :nono
I almost typed that exact post +1
how do u figure?
I’m not looking for quick cash and I’m also not looking for them to shell out cash. I just said that because its difficult to just leave my car at a shop because I live in Schdy and work in Toga. I just thought it would be easier for me to take cash to a shop when I actually have time to have my car fixed. It sat at inline for 3 days, i just want it sitting somewhere else right after its all fine and sorted now.
but they actually offered to help fix it. And that’s not good enough?
It shouldn’t happen in the first place.
Exactly. Thats the whole principle of this.
shit happens. thats life. it was an accident.
I understand ur upset. atleast they were profesional enough to help you get it fixed.
shit happens, accidents occur… you’ve never banged into something by mistake? As long as they fix it, who cares… now stfu
+1 sounds to me like they were pretty cool and offered to fix it, I think you should let them fix their mistake and make it right.
3/S is NOT a DSM. Refer to me as a DSM or a boy again and I will shank you in the heart with a spork dipped in shit. :nono
It should never have happened in the first place and they didn’t even catch it. But, shit happens. What bothers me is how they treated him. Yes, they should fix it or give him money as they devalued his car.
Forgetting to put pieces to hold his wheel well guards on is accident? Scratches can be prevented by not being careless when walking around someones car. And holding a car for a few days longer than what you told the customer? The customer having to call to get them moving on it? Mike wouldn’t have the inconvenience of having to drop his car off somewhere and be without a car AGAIN for however long if people weren’t careless.
hahha, Shawn, did u just notice that bit? I know ur not a DSMer, come on now
o im sorry i didnt know they had interns working there on there own cars i thought they were working on customers cars . i know interns are on there own time. like i said i have no problem with synapes but i dont think inline should be over looked .
They’re not interns?
is the customer 100% sure those plastic tabs were there when he brought it in?
carpentry, mechanics, plumbers, cable guys… all make estimates, often they are wrong and things take longer and delay others from getting started. It’s life, deal with it and again… STFU ;D
:deadhorse…its the scratches that were the main issue. how would you like it if your car came back like that especially a black car. now quit it guy.
