If your car has a 3’ crack in the bumper skin, it’s new bumper time, not respray time. Plus if the skin got fucked that hard you should really check for damage behind it. It may be more than just cosmetic damage. Go take a close look and go from there. Maybe call your insurance company to find out if they’ll raise your premium because of a hit and run.
I’ll never understand the logic of paying for something, but not using it so that you don’t have to pay more for something that you won’t use because you don’t want to pay a lot for it. :uhh:
