Is my username okay, or is it going to cause problems?

Hey, everyone. I just joined the forums now… which is good timing, because I just got my '03 Z33 yesterday!

In any event, I just want to say “hi”, the site looks cool, and I was just wondering if you think my username (I like it!) is going to cause any problems. If the mods/admins have a problem with it, I’ll gladly change it (but give me time to post, and you’ll find I’m actually quite polite and respectful to others online).

Mike

is a race between a gtr and z33 even fair?! :stuck_out_tongue:

Stock to Stock, yes. 276hp (i think?) AWD vs 287hp RWD…

i thought the original hp specs on the GTR was under a “gentlemen’s agreement” to not officially post HP greater than 280hp…

The first 2.6L RB26DETT featured twin-turbochargers and produced 280 PS (206 kW) @ 6800 rpm and 260 ft·lbf (353 Nm) @ 4400 rpm. The last series of the RB26DETT produced 280 PS (206 kW) @ 6800 rpm and 289 ft·lbf (392 Nm) @ 4400 rpm. However, several stock (unmodified) engines have been dyno tested and reported to obtain nearer the 320 hp mark.

While the published figures from Nissan were as quoted above, practical tests showed the car had a factory power output of closer to 220 kW at the flywheel. The lower published figure was Nissan’s response to the need to abide by a gentleman’s agreement between the Japanese auto manufacturers not to release a car to the public exceeding 206 kW of power output.

Well, since you asked, lol!

nice!

nice car ^^
