…to find out (online) if someone has an outstanding warrant/charges against them in another state?
Say someone from PA was partying in NYC 1-2 years ago, and was fined for drinking in public or something silly like that. And never payed the fine or showed up for a hearing. If said person returns to the state of NY and gets pulled over for say, a traffic violation, can they get arrested for the prior?
If the persons “license to drive in NY state” has been suspended they they will be arrested if pulled over while driving in NY. It doesnt matter if you have a out of state license.
Call during business hours and keep hitting whatever menu choice will put you in touch with a real person. The person has to call and tell them their story and ask them to check for outstanding tickets/suspensions under the persons name.
