Ofcourse it isnt true. Thats why we go to small claims court once a month and nothing changes. Thats why Ive needed to hire a lawyer about harassment. Thats why he makes these thread like a child. If it was merely embarassing for him, it would make for great TV. But he is out to rob me of business and slander my name. Im a paying sponsor and local business owner, and work very hard to avoid people like this. Hopefull the courts can stop him.

Of course it is 100% true and more than 1 person saw the items as you dropped them off at Chuck’s house. You have been to small claims court once before with me and you agreed to return the items in the condition they left in. Instead you decided to destroy them, therefore you make a return trip when this could’ve been handle and over with May 11, 2007. Just because you are a paying sponsor and local business owner doesn’t mean you aren’t lying and didn’t destroy the above mentioned items
