Just got in an accident which fucking sucks. Guy was freaking drunk too. Cops couldn’t do anything to help me. I’m just so angy right now.

How could the cops do nothing if he was drunk?
When I had originally had called them I was on a snow bank across the street. They said if the cars where not drivable they would come out. I could see the other guys Envoy and he was pulling off to the side. I also drove my car off the bank so the cops wouldn’t come out. I wasn’t until I drove over to the other guy that I could smell Alcohol on his breath. Him and his buddies where already swearing at me from across the street. So I went over took some pics and info. I got in the car and buddy left. I when to the nearest cop shop and they were closed. So I called the EPS complaint line and told them the story. The lady tells me they can’t do anything if the guy has already left. So at that point I was already pretty angry.
Oh shit that sucks.

Go report it now during the day time, as long as you report it, your in the clear, then they will hound the other guy to fill out his statement.
If he doesnt, than he gets automatcially charged, and his insurance will fix your damage.
But if he does fill out his statement, and poilice put him at fault, insurance will fix your damage anyways

Sanj you probably know with your experience, dealing with the insurance companies take well…simply…alot of time. To get things sorted out, along with the un-needed stress that comes with it. Either way, i’m sure this shit will work itself out, but make sure you do everything you can, so you can stay in the clear.
Ya fault has nothing to do with it. I already had enough problems to deal with. This is just something else to add to the list.

Your insurance should cover this mess no problem given that this accident wasn’t your fault. Too bad you couldn’t get the bastard on drunk driving charges.

Make sure everything is fixed to spec at a reputable shop like cougar who is pricey.
and get a rental at their cost, it shouldnt give you the need to sell your turbo kit bud.
Cougar’s, Doug’s Place. Just think though, the place you get this stuff done at don’t forget to bring those other pieces you need painted, when you send them your car. You should be able to get them painted for next to nothing. I would also tell the repair shop that you want NEW sheet metal. Not for them to bang out the dents and fill it with bondo.
The rear quarter panel looks like it would be a bitch to replace. I also had Cougar do a quote for me. Came out to $5000. I will hit Dough’s place today.
Ok so Doug’s Place nor Cougar are on the list of body shops I can take it to. WTF
