To be dead ohnest those are some really low numbers for a Kade-t especially on a dynojet.
with that turbo and 12 psi you should be making 300+whp.
^^ Unfortunately I have to agree. I think the solution is in tuning, not necessarily build changes so better results are probably expected in the near future.
^^ correct, unfortunately the SAFC is not going to cut it, and rotating the distributor wont help much.
also i wouldn’t worry about the spark plug wires, they are not the problem.
i ran stock wires to over 350whp.
your options are stand alone or chip tune , and JWT ecu’s suck major cack.
^^^ yes you are right. this is the same ecu I used on my engine and I fried 2 forge pistons. He is going AEM next year
if that set up brunt out two pistons… then why use it again???

If my car only pushed out 275whp, i would not even bother posting it.
As a whole, the numbers are quite unimpressive.
Anyone with any real exprience or knowledge would just shrugs their heads in dismay.

That’s about a GT25 turbo…it’s the same one as an SR. That’s about the top out range for it. Put on a GT28 for a good 300 or the awesome GT3071R for a neck blowing 400.

A 275WHP SR, KA-T,4G63, is pretty common and doable even with stock internals on all of those motors for a knowledgable tuner.

Think back 5-6 years ago and no one gave a damn about Ka’s… now, we are EXPECTED to make those numbers… what a treat… but with the good candy we also get the bad apples, so none the less, it’s a good build.
Really!? Oh well, you have the right to have your opinion. I do not have a 275whp setup but I still posted it to the community. I worked hard and spent a lot of hours to complete my setup and I am really happy with the results. Sharing it with others is something worth in my opinion just like dragonne did.
It’s so easy to have a 300whp car these days, you simply go to a JDM seller and you have that kind of car over there. I have much more respect for someone that build is turbo setup from a N/A car then someone that didn’t. The fact that it is common and doable doesn’t mean it’s useless for other to see. That’s just how I see it.
