Kit cars.. replicas or knockoffs?

I’m split on kit cars, I think it’s really cool to have a kit car of a classic, that is impossible to find nowadays, but I think it’s really gay to have a kit car of a modern car.
I think it’s cause with a classic, it’s the love of the car, and wanting to have something that is no longer available. When you do a kit car for a modern car, you’re just a poor poser that wants people to think he has a Ferrari.

i guess i dont really like them because every KC i personally seen was a POS hack job, but that does not mean they all are.
