If your dogs start to get dumber, you may have lead paint?
My floor had a ~3" drop over 4’
I think my post’s have flexed the basement floor some because it looks to be sagging again. I need to re do it with a nice cement footer and an I beam in place of my 4x4 
And… whats with guys playing horseshoes outside your building?
