Kitchen cabinets?

lol yeah I had already called KW and asked for their fax number.

What do you mean it goes right to the head guy?

lol i ask if i wanted to send a letter and have the “big guy” (really what i said) read it …what would the fax # be… im sure they only have one but still i said it

Sucks about KW.

Lowes and HD farm out their countertops. The company that Lowes uses is Solid Surfaces

I talked to the guys that came in and they said they would ahve given me a better price than Lowes did.

The guys that came in to measure and install were probably the MOST professional guys that I have ever dealt with. Big  in my book for them.

Yeah, I won’t be going to a big box anymore. I’ll try doc20th. Also my uncle-in-law or some such shit runs his own home improvement business and I’m sure he could do it. So I’ve got options.

We’re doing a Wilsonart HD laminate, so I’m sure it won’t be hard to get the same thing we ordered from KW.

Yea, plywood temporary countertops suck…
But however, my wife and I LOVE our Quartz countertops.

fry u work as an engineer at praxair and your getting laminate?

did the word marble ever come to mind?

^ He lives in Tonawanda, you will never get the money back for Marble counter tops in Tonawanda.

It’s like putting HREs on a civic.

so move

wow. that sucks. go to store. do you have anything in writing as to when they promised it?

OK KW’s out of the picture. The office manager was very friendly and responsive. Apologized profusely and put up no fight regarding my refund. It’s a shame the rest of the transaction hadn’t gone so well. If the effing salesman hadn’t fed me full of BS up front I would have been fine with waiting 6 weeks and working with a subcontractor.

You can’t put Genny Lites on marble. (I’m cheap)

Do that neat concrete stuff.

you won’t be breathing in delicious chlorocarbons!

lol sure u can

That neat concrete stuff that costs as much as granite…

So what. It looks better.

Any of you guys use ken ton, there local to you guys right in buffalo. There laminet tops are good for the price, and support your city economy.
