I need to find someone who does home inspection. As previously stated, we’re buying a house, and I just want to find someone who inspects, but I don’t want to just open the Yellow Pages and end up paying someone several hundred dollars to tell me what I already know. Any thoughts?

Actuall Structural Engineer, always use him when there is any question of structural integrity. Did my home over 4 years ago. he’s more expensive, and harder to book (sometimes 2 weeks out) but has been worth it in the past. He’s really come through on a few investment properties I’ve been involved in.
