i feel like there is a huge link between feeling like shit and eating mcdonalds / bk, i eat like shit, i work at a pizza place and graze all fucking day. i smoke cigarettes (not much anymore), i drink often, and im about 50 lbs over weight, but i NEVER eat at mcd’s, and i feel completely fine as far as energy is concerned. if i started working out i think i would be so goddamn high strung
you dont smoke cigarettes do you? ive noticed a giant difference as soon as i cut back
go to subway and get a sub with a ton of veggies, and have it cut in thirds, eat each part through the day with a pint of water with each third. $5 for 2-3 decent small serving meals is affordable, and easy. no fucking sweet onion sauce, or wtf ever slimy shit they have, be good, little oil, or lite mayo. no double steak, double cheese, nonsense either. wake up and grab something small, Jam’s got a decent plan, some toast and peanut butter is halfway good for you, I like a lil rasin bran to get the juices flowing. casein proteins in the milk, and some carbs in the rasins. then I used to get WIRED on some Nitric Oxide before getting SWOLE @ the gym but I cycled off that, and have been playing catch up for a bit without it. If you at least eat a decent breakfast, cut up a subway sub throughout the day and eat dinner at a decent out and not at 10pm at night, you will start to feel better. once you start to feel it, you can move beyond it, and expand on other things that make you feel good, and taste good as well.
You forgot to suggest wanking with the good arm. You guys and your narrow sighted suggestions.
Nah, the suggestions are all solid. Eat better and MAKE yourself do an activity that boosts your hear rate. Sounds like depression to me personally. Mild depression anyhow. The lack of motivation is from boredom or having nothing you’re excited about IMO. Remember when you used to jump up x-mas morning to open gifts despite having no school? The presents were motivation. Find something you’re excited about or MAKE something to get excited about! Having a job that’s repetitive or boring often causes this…it did for me. Not sure if that helps but good luck.
