I heard this from one of the customers… happened last week…
Older lady in her 60’s pulls up to the stop lights with about less than a meter to guy’s bumper… guy comes out and says she hit him. she said “no”… they come out - there’s no damage obviously. Guy warns her to pay X amount or he’ll get his buddy to hit his car then report her. He wants her info but wants to avoid cops. She calls cops - cop shows up - checks - sees no damage or scratchmarks, anything. They get sent down to colission center to be sure… nothing… From what the lady was told by the cops this is one of the more trendy scams going on lately - so consider keeping camera handy…
Desperation during bad economy causes the sewer rats to come out lol. Same with people slamming on brakes in front & reporting injury when they can’t find work - keep distance… Not saying everybody is out to get you 
but scam is on the rise and if not sure - record & call cops… be safe!
