depends on your deductible levels… I know in my house, if we cause the accident our deductable is 500 (haven’t used that one yet) but if it’s an act of God, vandalism, theft etc it’s 50. bucks… I think it’s 50 comprehensive and 500 collision? if I have the terms right
we changed them after the tree fell (this was back in 2000 and the tree fell on a 99 cherokee) and we had to dish out 500$$ I don’t mind paying the 500 if I cause the accident, but if shit happens I don’t want to crack open the piggybank…
Car came back from the body shop about 2 weeks ago.
Final # was $8100, 90% of the car was repainted, looks like brand new. They did an awesome job. I’ll see if I can take some pics.
