as far as teh LED projectors goo cant wait to see them, and Ron its got more to do with bulb life than efficency in high light situations althoug that will be a big plus…

The smaller the TV the less detail you can pick out from a distance… WHich is why im amazed when people buy 1080P 32" screens and then sit 15ft away from it. Because unless your eyes are fucking phonenominal, you cannot tell the diff between 720p and 1080p at that disatnce on that size screen

Not really impressed, it’s easy to produce 4x more pixels with 4x more surface are. The pixel density isn’t any higher than 1080p. It’s just 4x 42" 1080p tv’s slam dunked into one 84" tv. No doubt would be sick to watch but not a huge technological advancement.
