hi, my 240sx Licence plate holes are striped, or has nothing to hold in screws. does anyone have and sudjestions on how i could fix this problem asap, the holes are way to big for standerd bolts, thanks.
I broke one of my bolts so I just tapped a new hole. Worked good and was quick/easy. If you really want to ghetto rig it you could just use wire to hold it on too I guess :rolleyes:
i have the same problem, for the tiime being, i used ties , made a big string, and now the plate hangs from the hatch!
but i think u need to take of the bumper to replace those thingys…
drill them out and use bolts and nuts. save time and fucking around.
Just get some self-tapping bolts from Crappy Tire. I broke the heads off my license plate bolts, drilled 'em out and then used teh self tappers. Worked great.
