We did have a place like that around here. It was in Amherst arounbd slick willies. It was called Exotic Cuts. They got shut down for umm…giving tugs in the back as well as other things.
That video was a disapointment
heck yes they got shutdown, i got crabs not only on my jock but also on my scalp 
When I was in the reserves guys in my unit would go there for cuts and such.
