Essential Duties: Identifies new software products that support the academic, administrative and community mission of the university, learns and researches these products as solutions to pressing problems, and configures and implements them. Follows up with training and documentation for users and administrators. Assists the Manager, RAAD, and the Internet Applications Expert in creating, maintaining, securing and administering the university web presence. Assists in the production and distribution of electronic media created and consumed by the various university audiences.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. One-year experience in an academic technology environment or equivalent.
