does anyone know were thos shale pits are i think its behind like a hanaford or pricechopper, my friend wants to take his wrangler offroading down there.

Behind Hannaford on route 50 in Glenville. Go to the left side of the building- theres a little clearing with a small hill/bump. Drive over that and youre there. Ive never heard of it being called a shale pit but thats the only offroad spot I know of by a grocery store.

I used to go back there alot…aslong there isnt anything going on at the funeral home they dont really seem to care

Its kind of hidden so they dont see it.
When I was in high school we went back there all the time. Theres a mazda truck still there in the woods we crashed against a tree in 98. If there is a shit ton of noise they will come over, the police station is right across the road.
That places is cool as hell, but watch out for the ‘pond’ if it’s still a ‘pond’ people leave shit in there all the time, I drove my Cherokee through it last year or year before and pushed a shopping cart out the other side :wtf

there are much better spots to go in the scotia area rotterdam and glenville areas if you guys ever stop down to dunkin dognuts at night and introduce youre selfs I just might show you
