if you realy want and the exam thing dosent work you can say ur trying to get legal aid and they will let it go another wile… then u can strech that out a while with afro-davids (spelling?) and lawyers and other shit… never don this with a speeding ticket but with other stuff and it was filed in feb and just got dont this aug…
you cannot get legal aid for traffic infractions, sorry but nice try.
as for going to get your G, the ticket and points will be applied retroactive to the date of occurance not date of convictions, trust me i know ive got 9 pages of traffic infractions on my driving record, i almost got fucked for another 6 months of suspentions cuz the courts in kitchener are gay…
i got a 15 day court appointed suspention for careless driving under the criminal code of canada, therefore the points would automatically come off my record after the suspention was done , the courts sent it to the ministry as a highway traffic act conviction and i got a notice for a six months suspention because the extra points put me up to 29 because of the prior suspentions but those pther points were old and i had served suspentions for them were not active unless i was to get any pointsw within 1 year after the completion of my prior suspention
