Bought some wheels for my x5
The front hubs are 74mm and rear are 72.6…
The wheel company i bought them from sent me 4 72.6 centerbore wheels…
I need a local shop that can enlarge the centerbore out to the proper 74mm spec.
Anybody had it done local? I want to call around and get pricing before i call the wheel company back and i can let them know the options…

I have nothing to add other than…wtf BMW!
Yea, wonky i know…
I guess it has to do with the beefier front axles on the x5m and x6’s not much info about the reasons on the interweb (x forums are ghost towns)
Just sand them down .055"

put some spacers on that bitch n stance it
Not that your serioust
Smallest i could run would be 10mm to convert to the 74bore which would stick out 23mm than stock…
As it sits now its 13mm out from stock and perfect, 10mm would look soooo wonky

Have them send you the correct wheels for your car instead of doing something ghetto?
Pull the hubs & machine them. Run hubcentric rings with stock staggered fggtry

Take it to klispies in Hamburg, if they can do it they will send you to another guy in eden. Real old school tooling shop
Its not ghetto, the hub diameter is machined when they are made.
They are going to pay for the work, it doesnt makr sense go
Ship them all the way back to cali to have thr work done
Let me take a guess you bought them from Umnitza?
nope, sponsoring wheel vendor from Bimmerpost… the wheels were dropshipped from the company that made them, and they machined them for a standard X5 and not an X5M (even though i specified the centerbore differences front/rear)
