After extensive research I have decided to go with the Nikon D40X. Smaller body than the D80, same MP and almost same features. Thanks for all that chimed in on the previous posts.

Unfortunately I have to wait a few weeks because it doesnt begin to ship until sometime end of April.

yes they do

The XTI was my second choice. Awesome camera! I had the opportunity to try it out this past weekend.

Yes, it does. And what I really like about it, it has a smaller foot print. Doesnt feel so bulky which is what I like.
