Onion bagel w/ light butter
Meal 2:
8oz Cajun grilled chicken on large tortilla w/ hot sauce
Carrots & Celery
Meal 3:
1 can bubblebee white albacore tuna
1 slice wheat bread
1 banana
Meal 4:
2 scoops Isopure whey protein (pineapple orange banana) in water
Meal 5:
99% lean turkey breast meat tacos
Mixed salad
Etc, etc…
