There was an instance in the Store in henrietta, Tv fell off a shelf and killed a 9 year old girl
one of my co-workers was walking around in one of the dim light theatre rooms and caught the corner of a black shelf to the side of the head. He got some staples to patch it up and Best Buy offered him like $750 bucks. The next week the whole theatre section was remodeled and better lit.
