Went from a dead stop to 100. I pulled maybe 2 cars and it stayed that way to about 100, if anything I would have kept pulling on him past 100 cause he wasn’t catching me. His best time was a 13.9 I guess. He had a BOV so I’m guessing he atleast had some other modifications done. someone said he was running 14psi :dunno: . He had a hybridynamics sticker on the front windshield so I’m sure some of you might no him…He seemed pretty surprised to lose to my car…
was it black?
It looked more like a navy blue, I think he just recently got the car

Come on Beaver you know you only had him by about half a car, maybe 1 car at most. I was there, i watched the race with my own eyes.
I’m assuming he was stock, since he said 13.9 The computer will give you anywhere between 11-15 psi based upon the conditions. They decided to try to make the car have the same power, no matter what the temperature. :finger:
It definately feels slower when it pulls the boost back and it’s colder out. I was getting about 14 psi in today’s weather.

What do you guys consider 1 car? There was enough room for a car to fit inbetween us. His front end was at least 1 car length behind me. As for him saying he beat me, it was sorta from a half ass roll so I wouldn’t even count that.
Yeah I talked to 1320 later that night and he seems to think the same about the kid. BTW if I only beat him by a fender don’t you think that he might want to run’em a 2nd time if it was that close? I would… And if he saying he won or whatever to turbotalon then why would he say he’ll be back to race me next weekend?

After talking to RX-7kid tonite he said the SRT had 660 injectors,a different ECU and he was running 14psi. Just curious how much boost can you run on those cars with that size injectors and stock turbo?

Ok george for one he didnt say he raced a TT vette, he raced a Audi TT, which is owned by erick petor, and yes he did beat the Audi TT. The exact mods on that SRT at the time of that run are a BOV, 660cc inj, and a Mopar Stage 1 ECU. He ran a 13.9 totaly stock. So we figure he is in the mid 13’s so beave you should be in the low 13’s. The reason he said he was going to be back is he is getting a higher boost spring so he can turn it up, or maybe he’s getting a boost controller i’m not sure. He said he can turn it up now that he had the 660cc injs. I dont know if that’s true or not but that’s what he says.

for one no i think Audi TT’s are slow as all hell, at right around a 14.5 stock 1/4 mile time. I was just saying he didnt race a damn TT Vette. How fast the Audi was has nothing to do with anyhting.
