I am not sure if you are familiar with H Drol from CEL but I am going to do a 1 month bulk cycle on it.
I will be working out 5 days a week so I am not worried about estrogen issues.
What I am worried about is liver support. What would you recommend I use for lower liver support or PCT?

Bud, it dosent sound like you don’t know much about nutrition, no offense. I can help if you want. For example, you don’t just use whey protein on days that you workout.
At your stats, you’d be wanting to take in about 3500 calories on training days (high protein, high carbs, moderate fat), to gain lean mass. You’re probably no where close now.
You are right about not knowing much about diet/nutrition and in any case before starting a PH cycle, I should have everything else in order. Thanks for the advice
