Meatheads: Need Advice

I am not sure if you are familiar with H Drol from CEL but I am going to do a 1 month bulk cycle on it.

I will be working out 5 days a week so I am not worried about estrogen issues.
What I am worried about is liver support. What would you recommend I use for lower liver support or PCT?

I have never used a PH before so any and all advice is welcome. Thanks.

Have you been working out prior to this? If not Id say start out with just pre/post pro-shakes and eating well.

Diet first…how much do you weigh now? If you aren’t willing to commit to a strict diet, forget it.

Also, a month on that crap is useless. Most people go 6 weeks.

It is a steroid, albeit a legal one. Dosen’t make it any ‘better’ than illegal ones, though, if anything the side effects are typically worse.

Ive done pretty well with just that so far, and my diet is still far from perfect, although better than it was!

Do you have a reason for needing a PH? Low test, hardgainer, plateau, something?

I am on a decent diet for workout. High protein, with low/mod carb intake.

I use Whey Protein every day I work out, which is M-F. I have been working out for about 1.5 months. My stats are:

5’8" @ 170 lbs with a body fat percentage of 11% (skinfold method)

Bud, it dosent sound like you don’t know much about nutrition, no offense. I can help if you want. For example, you don’t just use whey protein on days that you workout.

At your stats, you’d be wanting to take in about 3500 calories on training days (high protein, high carbs, moderate fat), to gain lean mass. You’re probably no where close now.

You are right about not knowing much about diet/nutrition and in any case before starting a PH cycle, I should have everything else in order. Thanks for the advice :slight_smile:

If you dont know a lot about diet and nutrition you need to hold off on the PH.
