Ya this sucks… I’ve always liked Media Play… they are the all in one stop shop for cd’s, games, movies, and books. Oh well, I guess Best Buy will have to do. Oh and Barnes and Nobles for books. 
yeah if media play didn’t charge 19 bucks for a cd that every other store sells for 10, maybe they would be able to stay open longer. and their “clearence” prices will probably even out to reg prices at other stores.
:word: Best Buy is the place to go for CD’s… they come out cheap (like $10) if it’s one that should sell alot of copies. Just bought one there a couple days ago… just released and it was $9.99. Great deal compared to Media Play.
Unfortunately Media Play’s prices have always kinda pissed me off… but like I said… I always liked looking around for a potential good deal.
i was jsut there today. most thigns were only 20% off so far, and yea, the prices are now just about equil to EVERYWHERE else. a 19.99 DVD marked came down to liek 17.99 or w\e…which is still a dollar more than FYE at the mall had - i didnt get a chance to look through everything but yea prices seem to be a bitch still
the reason I go there is convieniance…its a 15 min drive for me, or i can go to best buy on the blvd which is a 35 min drive. Ill pay the extra $2.
i’ll hold off til like the 19th when cooter and i are fighting over a 68% discounted dvd of glitter
I just went to the one on walden the other day and they already had quite a bit of stuff on sale/clearanced.
