Where is this for, and where are you seeing it? wunderground.com says 60% chance of snow in Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse, no kind of severe weather outlook or anything.

I heard it on the radio this morning also, basically if it comes up the East coast, we may get a few inches. But they said it takes a path closer to I-95, we will get hit hard. So, who knows.
