Megan Susension???

Has anyone had any experience with Megan Racing suspension products…they recently came out with performance springs for my car…i was wondering if anyone has used them or heard anything about them

i kno they have nice budget coilovers, no word ont he springs but how much are they? i mean for liek $200 you should be able to get sportlines and those are rly nice

Yea, I wouldn’t really skimp out on suspension.

ehh, guess the only got the prokit, well anyways here are some springs iv heard decent things about for s-chassis

Ask Beck, he maight be able to give yo usome info on Megan’s Law. :gotme:

i was planning on either Eibach Pro-Kit or Ground COntrols but i saw those and fgured i would ask

Aren’t Ground Controls $400 for your car? Including whatever spring rates you want?

NM, I see originalsin posted an Ebay link. $350…

Get some Eibach ground controls Chris, you won’t regret it.

full coilover ftw…

if you get GC’s get the mated adjustable dampers too…

Megan makes a good header for the tC. but i have no idea on the quality of their suspension products. I dont imagine they make their own coils…its probably made by someone else like eibach and they just plaster their name on it.

from what i’ve heard megan makes food stuff

a freind of mine had them on his scooby, very nice ride

They make a good header for the H22 too…

I have AGXs already…my Tein S-Techs suck ass as auto-x springs

the only thing with ebay is no one has the GC fro my KYB AGXs…there sre different part numbers depending on the struts…i email Ground Control to see y and they said they fit different depending on struts so thats y…i am sure i can get alll of them to fit but i would like to find the ones for AGXs

Megan coilovers are made the same place the Apexi ones are and are remarkably similar

heres a thread on the evo ones:

http://forums.evolutionm.net/showthread.php?t=178818

I bought Megan springs for my Evolution.
They were dirt cheap so I figured I would try them.($60 for four)
They work well.

i just dont want to be a guinea pig for these springs…no one on maxima.org has used them before and i made that mistake buying the s-techs

Can you get the spring rates for them and the spring rates for the OEM springs?
Also compare the spring rates then to the Teins you already have and go from there…

Stock: 120f 200r
S-Techs 200f 280r
Eibach 257f 343r
Megan 280f 230r
GC 400f 350r

S-techs also lower 2.2/1.7
Eibach are 1.5/1.5
Megan are 1.9/2.0
GC are 0-3 f/r
so if i do have to go springs and not the GC i think i have decided on the Eibach…but thats if i have to go with regualr springs…idealy i would like the GC but it depends on the all important Tax Refund…the s-techs are too soft fot amt of lowering…the Megans are stiff enough for the rear…it would make my understeer problem even worse…so its down to Eibach Pro kit or Ground Controls…again i am going to def try for the GC maybe get some custom rates if i can…other suspension mods are Front Strut Tower Brace…22mm rear sway bar…lowe control arm tie bar

I have the Megan Exhaust Turbo back with cat delete pipe for the EVO. It seems to be of good quality, better than a bunch of others I have seen. I wouldn’t recommend using their exhaust for your suspension, it might not fit properly though.

Durrr…
