Wow… long term rehab though, with no real updates from the family or doctors. We call all assume he’s probably in really rough shape.
Great news though! I hope he can live a reasonably good life after this.
Hopefully the rehab goes good for him, and he’s able to maintain a good quality of life.

that is a video i would not want to see at all.
Yeah, no kidding.
I find it funny that an ‘action sports’ camera manufacturer’s stock took like an 8pt dive over a claim that it caused this accident.
I’m not sure how to feel about this. Mainly confusion at this point.

This makes a little more sense. I’d still like to know how the Go-Pro mount was mounted and how it compromised the helmet.

No real update on Schumacher otherwise, except that he is slowly recovering and may lead a fairly ‘normal’ life. Seems optimistic.
