if it isn’t fairly apparent to you now, let me break it to you. Your not getting what you owe out of that srt4, so keep it, pay it off and put the rest away for the kids college fund

I love those houses in Churchill

just curious. what’s he trying to get out of that thing?

That thing is wicked!

Front mount with nonworking hood scoop is lame IMO. I think an RS hood would look more clean along with a WRX spoiler and debadged would look even better.

lol ur crazy…i owe 12.7 and look up the trade in value…u gotta remember i work at a chevy dealer…if it dont sell my next week then i trade it in at my work, get 13.5 my boss is gonna give to me for it and put the extra down on the wrx.

im not being a dick, im just sayin, workin at a chevy dealer & being friends w ur boss have perks…and hell be buying the wrx off the guy and gettin me financed 4 it.

hope you like to buy trans. they seem weak in those cars. IMO i would keep the SRT4

see…thats y i posted this on here. i knew i would get every1z opinion, and thats what i want.
its not a big deal if i dont sell the srt4, i just seen the wrx and fell in love w it…lol

I would keep your SRT-4 if I were you. Jumping into someone’s project is never a good idea unless it is an insanley good deal. Your not going to get what you want for your SRT anyways, so just keep it and be glad you have something reliable.

ive seen that one before. its pretty nice, just check out the transmission. i personally like the wrx’s a lot more, so would probably go for it. The handling will be much better then your srt-4 also

I’d take a rex anyday over a neon. The trans do have troubles, but still a much cooler car. Subaru FTW.

x2… i vote sti…

when I broke my leg my buddy with a rex rode me to school for while. I love those cars. In my opinion they outclass the neon by like ten fold.

i agree with yamaha, about buying someone else’s project, but i would deffinetely take that wrx over a neon anyday.

The STIs have beefy trannies…but the Sube in question is not STI material.

Does anyone know if you can upgrade to a 6 speed sti tranny in that style of WRX?

I think alot of owners were getting the same year JDM STI trannys, not sure about the 03 and up STIs in those bodys.

AWD > FWD , but buying someonelses project is the worst idea ever. May look nice, but for all you know its going to puke a tranny a month down the road.

While it is a nice looking WRX, I totally agree with this. Not only do you have less than a clue how competent the modifying is (could be elaborate shit for all you know), you’ve lost all satifaction that you built it. Start your own project., if a highly modified car is what you are after.

um.

i hate to burst your special bubble, but alot of dealers will do that… he isnt buying the car for you then financing you. he is prob just going to act as the notary and then just get you financing… say i owned the WRX and was buying a new car and you wanted the wrx. they would just put in the deal that i was had a trade of X amount of dollars (what you were buying the car for) finance you to make sure that you could get financed, then sell you the car and add the whatever you paid for it onto my loan

:bowrofl: :bowrofl:

What is the guy asking for the WRX? im just curious.
