I pulled a blown SR with one yesterday, ive searched MK1 short shifters not much came up, also seemed pretty cheap.
Anyone here have and info or experiance with this short shifter? is it even worth the install ?
its free i might as well see what it feels like.
its the same thing as the megan / obx / pilot shifter.
they are all the same piece being rebadged, i can get them crazy cheap but the other one i do is better.
Dont get one, they cause SRs to blow up.

see thats the only thing i could find on them too, the stupid poor Ebay sales, not much info on there.
Well since i did get one for free im gonna put it on and see how i like it, if it doesnt feel good ill take it back out, no harm done.
Well just an Update on how it feels !!
- shes tight
- really noticable in how short the shifts are
- doesnt make noice like ive read about other shifters
- very easy assembly and seems to be holding very good
In the end, its a $60 shifter of ebay, i think so far it is worth the money !!
esp. when you get it free
