mods sound pretty good for what you want out of the truck.why are you doing an egr delete? i know a lot of car guys do it to clean up the engine bay and lose some weight. wont it effect you when NYSI time rolls around as well? i would just let the egr be and if you were removing it because it had a leak or bad vent or solenoid just fix it and leave it in. again why remove the a/c. i have the a/c (and egr,abs,etc. etc.) in my mustang cobra, cobalt ss/sc, and my blazer. i don’t know about you but when im driving to work or just cruising around i like some ice cold a/c once in awhile. i would leave it if its gonna be a dd and if its for weight savings its not worth it for the little you’ll save on a 4800lb truck.

I kinda like the push guard that is on it.A bigger PG would just add more weight to a already heavy vehicle.Although a more beefy PG would help if i ever smack a Deer lol.Basicly the PG i have on it now is only really good for pushing disabled vehicles off the road.
The EGR delete would be done via the PCM reprogram.Physically the EGR system would still be there.Over all Bryan is the one who will tune my computer and decide what tune would be best for my vehicle.If he feels that programming out my EGR is a moot point than he will leave it as is.
Next year i’d like to get a '06 or '07 Z56 Tahoe.They get the 5.3L V8,advanced programming,and 3.73 gears stock.A much better platform for me to work with.
