No matter if there was anything between him and Crosby, I would love to see Recchi back in the Burgh.
He played much much better the last 6 weeks or so of the season, alot more like i expected him to. I beleive in all honesty that he is a first line capable winger, but if we need a 3rd line center, Malone is our best option IMO. If he’s not playing C, he should be on the top line with Crosby and probably Colby Armstrong (if thats the case, 3rd center should be a guy we sign like perreault or maybe E. Christensen if he gets his head out of his ass).
Lange is now taling with the Pens for the radio job…lets hope things work out.
Lets cross our fingers. I’ll be watching the TV and listening to the radio just like the Steelers games. Lets hope 3WS can sync up their audio with the TV a little better than they do now.
Pens sale to be finalized somewhat soon…Lets hope Andy Murstein gets it so we can stay in Pgh for sure!!!
Murstein or the businessguy from Ohio. Either one of those two and we’re set.
Greg Malone to Phoenix!!! WTF…it was on his own terms though. I wonder if Ryan Malone’s spot on the Pens is as “safe” now. Maybe this will kick him in the ass and he will tear it up all season and not 1/2 like last year.

Pens sign 2 youngsters…one is considered to be a 3rd line center…R Malone better play wing on the 1 or 2 line
Pens picked up Nils Ekman…I think he will be awsome for us. Also picked up a prospect goalie, both for the 2nd round draft pick we got for Recchi.

Also we resigend Armstrong…hope last year wasnt just a flash in the pan deal…the kid has some heart.
http://www.pittsburghpenguins.com/team/press/arts/1947.0.php
Nils should help sid the kid out. they are both play makers.
Armstrong and Crosby were the only people to give 100% every game.
Recchi gave 100% too…so did Talbot b4 he got sent down
its good to see some people still care about the Pens.

This douche bag better not even think about moving the team to KC if he buys the Pens. Here is a quote form the article…seems a little shady to me:
"Mr. Fingold has ties to Kansas City, which is looking for an NHL or NBA tenant for its new Sprint Center. As recently as a month ago, he indicated he was bidding for the team with an eye toward moving it to Kansas City, but has since said he thinks it might be viable to keep the Penguins in Pittsburgh.
In addition, several factors seem to indicate that the team will stay put"
Look at this guy…looks like a shady rich douche bag.
Yea this is pretty weak. I like how they’ve built an arena in Kansas City without any real promise of getting any franchises, and we’re struggling to get a replacement for Mellon.
maybe they will ship out and bics can join a local kansas city car board and talk about hockey all day?
nobody likes a hater
