in all honesty i get tired of the crying myself on both sides actually… no matter whos in office theres always someone who isnt happy, but have to say spending that kind of fucking money on something so retarded is just that… fucking retarded… all this talk about having to tighten our belts an all this bullshit about change this change that…but heres the white house or im sorry department of defense frolicking around in a multi billion dollar aircraft taking fucking family photos… are you fucking kidding me… maybe this fucking guy should pay attention to whats up… i mean he says he didnt know about this and had no idea it was going to happen… how can you be the commander in chief of the most powerful nation on the fucking planet and not know about your own personal fucking aircraft flying around with two multi billion dollar military aircraft in a no fly zone for over an hour… for a photo shoot? and to top it off other local officials (but not the mayor because hes apparently not important enough) knew about this shit but the fucking president didnt? lol… wtf parking it on the landing strip and snapping a photo with a kodak easy share cam isnt good enough for these pompous pricks?

I agree but I honestly think some of you have way too much time on your hands. Between work, the wife and kids and the few recreation sports im involved in I find myself not having time, or wanting to have time to know all this politics BS. Especially when all it will do is make me want to go on forums and bitch about it like a baby. I am in better shape today then I was 8 years ago. When I get hit by ll of this then maybe ill care but I honestly just dont give a shit reight now about anything besides my family and myself. What is bitching on a auto forums going to solve?

Can you prove to me that what’s in the link is NOT what happened before you call it BS? I’m interested.

You could tell me that it was his personal decision to have the controversial photoshoot and the FAA was just a scapegoat, but how do you prove it?

Or are you saying the whole administration is to blame for this? How so?

i do alot of studying on aircraft, it was my life for a while. the more you know the better off you are right?

and the engine change isnt a huge deal, dont act like thats special treatment for that plane. if any thing is suspect the motor is inspected on any commercial/military aircraft. AV-8B Harriers require removal of the WING to change the rolls-royce engine.

As for the engine…commercial planes probably have them fixed. Not replaced with an entirely new engine. That’s what I’m getting at. I don’t think airlines could afford to swap entire engines for new ones at the first sign of wear (first oil change lol).

Absolutely. He is in charge of the ENTIRE country and forcing companies and people alike to cut spending and reorganize their budgets. I don’t even want to guess how much money it costs to fly 3 jets around NYC for half an hour just for a photo shoot. Not to mention how much money was lost when half of NYC stopped working because they were scared shitless.

Maybe Obama should stop worrying about posing for every magazine in the US and doing commercials, and start focusing on what’s going on in his own damn house.
