I go light on squats with really high reps (15x25), I want the oldschool Arnold look when it comes to my legs, thin but fucking ripped… My legs are strong as fuck though, I have a pic of my fb doing 465 on the smith machine.

It does… high protein/carb/calorie/fat powders, creatin (ethyl ester is the best) and caffein pills… Everyting else is garbage… imo
