Anyone close to downtown Albany has a great place to train at called Albany Strength. Not beginer friendly, but if you’re looking for a hardcore powerlifting environment this is like Disney Land for you. Closest thing you’ll find to Westside Barbell around here.

yes. and its pretty inexpensive if you sign up for a year at a time…
