Anyone train at the Golds in Nisky? Not a fan of it really, but recently moved to Rotterdam and it’s the closest one. I still consider Latham Golds my true home gym… miss that place.

Been mostly using a homemade power rack at home a friend from work and I built.

Anyone close to downtown Albany has a great place to train at called Albany Strength. Not beginer friendly, but if you’re looking for a hardcore powerlifting environment this is like Disney Land for you. Closest thing you’ll find to Westside Barbell around here.

Why aren’t you a fan of the Niskayuna one? When I lived over that way I used to love going there. It’s clean and quiet (atleast when I went there). I never had to wait around to use dumb bells over there. I feel like the Latham one is more of a social gathering place.
