Word, I try and consume 4,000 calories a day, shit is hard without a shake… I usually do 1 shake within 15 of waking up, 1 within 15 of finishing a workout and 1 before bed (even though carbs before bed arent good)… I really gotta go and get some cassein for right before bed but I gotta use the shit I already got lol
lol, ask Jhonny k if I didnt use caps and exlamations to tell him to do bench deads and squats lolol… thats funny… I said it like 3 times, I agree there the best. I think you can get jacked from doing JUST those 3 compound exercises.
