I like that, what kind of warm up exercises or stretching do you recommend? And less reps, more weight?
At work posting from the phone, will post more later but basically just read my post. 4 sets, shooting for a certain amount of total reps, say 20. Once you pass 20 reps total for all 4 sets, add weight. For warmup, 3 sets of low reps, gradually adding weight. Most guys “blow their wad” on warmup
Alright, so sometimes after I workout I feel nautious (sp?) As FUCK. Any ideas why? Im guessing its all the shit i take before hand?? Vitamins, protien, pre workout shit…

Usually workout in the morning, so some eggs n toast. Amplified wheybolic & neurocore about 30 mine before workout. And Extreme vitapac when I wake up (Just started taking this)
u need take your whey after your workout, and what is neurocore? it sounds like you dont give your body enough time to digest all of that.
I take it after too.
Neurocore is pre-workout energy stuff.

yeah, ive tried alot of pre workout shit, and some really make my stomach upset, but i just deal with it bc i already bought it lmao! but its probably the pre workout drink, they dont like to mix with things other than food (ie, pills/vitimans/other shakes). thats just what ive found from my experience.
I can believe that. If I didn’t feel any difference at the gym, I wouldn’t even take the stuff cuz it tastes like absolute shit lol.
