Motorsports?

ADAM, if those posts were directed to me.

I plan on doing the school in april. And I have not had any track time yet, I don’t really plan on being very competitive because well I don’t have enough experience to BE competitive.

Adam where would you recommend a place to get hawke pads?
I may take a look at this solo 1 school for future. Adam could you post a link. My car is still daily so no roll cage for me :frowning:

Thanks again,
Andrew.

Hawke and PBR brake pads are the same, iirc. So go here…

Oh and just google the damn solo1 school. Or search SON, we have talked about it already.

I’ve looked into Solo 1, and it seems like something I want to do, but I don’t know if I can deal with the costs associated with it, considering that I have no skill to begin with. How much is this school thing they have? I really want to learn that, since I’m way more into grip than drift. I was thinking of starting off with solo 2 actually, since it’s cheaper, and I’m dirt poor and all. I remember reading a whole bunch of stuff about it way back when I first gained interest in it, but I didn’t do anything about it then, so I kinda forgot everything.
What’s this rally thing you were talking about, what kinda costs are associated with it?
Cuz as I said… I would really love to get into some serious racing, but the costs and distances have been scaring me away. I can’t force myself to shell out 100 bucks for a race when I SUCK at racing. I hope the summer track meet turns out good and I atleast learn to heel and toe (yeaa… I’m a n00b)

pbr is the same?

my brake supplier had pbr… interesting.

As i was told long ago. Will need to research to make sure that information still holds true.
